What is Holistic Growth Coaching, and why might I want it?
Holistic Growth Coaching is a collaborative approach to personal and professional growth that looks at you as a whole person. Rather than focusing on one area of life in isolation, we explore how your values, emotions, relationships, career, habits, identity, well-being, and aspirations connect and influence one another.
Drawing from my expertise in mental wellness, personal development, and leadership, I help you deepen your self-awareness, recognize patterns, clarify what matters to you, and navigate the challenges or transitions that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we build practical strategies that honor your strengths and help you move forward in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values.
Coaching can support growth in many areas of life, including self-trust and confidence, communication and relationships, boundaries, navigating change, personal and professional development, stress management, decision-making, leadership, and creating habits that support the life you want to build.
Each session is uniquely tailored to you and your goals. You stay in the driver's seat while I bring curiosity, intentional questions, reflection, accountability, and support to help you explore where you are, where you want to go, and what meaningful growth looks like for you.

Intuitive and divinely guided readings are an opportunity for you to gain clarity, understanding and insight into the different areas of your life. Tarot is a spiritual tool that can provide you with guidance and help you to connect with your inner self and wisdom. Questions are welcomed throughout your reading and no context needs to be shared with me beforehand. I can cover most topics in a reading, depending on the amount of time you book. The more time we have together, the deeper we can go into a topic. Speaking from experience, messages meant to be heard will come across in a reading so I advise a general reading for the most insight.

Payment Information
self-bloom accepts Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash as methods of payment. All payments must be paid in full, 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointments. There is a 4% processing fee that is applied to all payments made through PayPal.
